Free Dance Trance (Hip Hop) Classes For Students on Tuesdays at 5:30!
DanceTrance (DT) is a dance fitness class that offers the
excitement of moving with the rhythm and attaining total mind
and body deliverance through dance! It incorporates funk, Latin,
jazz, hip hop and other types of rhythm movement to the beat
of music from all genre's. People of all ages are welcome
to come and let loose to the music!
Community Hike at Torreya State Park

Join GroupFit Studio at Florida’s beautiful Torreya State Park for a fun day of hiking! This is event is put on by GroupFit Studio for the Community. We want to get everyone together, having fun, meeting new people, and GeTtinG FiT! The 7.3 mile hike starts at 9:00 AM. Lunch is at 12:00 PM and open to everyone; bring your family, a friend, a coworker, a neighbor, whoever! Let's get Tallahassee together and enjoy nature for a day!
The cost is $10 it will cover catering from Uptown Cafe!

*Torreya State Park is located on the east bank of the Apalachicola River between SR 20 and I-10. To reach it from Tallahassee, go west on SR 20 past Hosford and turn right on CR 271. Cross SR 12 and take the left fork when you come to the tiny community of Rock Bluff. The road will take you straight into the entrance of the park.
