FitCamp
6 Week Program, 3 Times per Week Fit Camp is a challenging and fun workout that is geared for fat loss and achieving a higher level of fitness. You will be challenged with all elements of fitness (muscle strength and endurance, core, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular). Fit Campers will receive nutritional guidance to insure their success in achieving the body they want.

Kids will learn the correct way of exercising and improve their physical fitness level. Fitness and nutrition Education safe and effective workouts that are fun and motivating.

Kids DanceTrance

DanceTrance is a class that offers extremes in choreography and style. Styles and choreography are easy to learn and are always changing to keep things fresh and fun. There is a complete freedom, and unlike traditional dance, few rules. It incorporates funk, Latin, jazz, hip hop and other types of rhythm movement to the beat of music from all genres. This program is open to agea 7-12 to explore fitness through DanceTrance three times a week after school.

This is the Running Camp for Women you have been hearing about! 8 Week Program, 2 Times per Week EZ8 Running Camp is an 8-week outdoor running program that offers world-class running instruction & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness and running goals fast. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner runner, or an avid runner looking for a running group, EZ8 is perfect for you.
Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning of your heart and lungs. Studies have shown the health benefits to be enormous. Running can reduce the likelihood of everything from the common cold to cancer. Your stamina will increase. You'll lose weight -- most beginners often lose nearly a pound a week.
It's not about being a track start or an elite athlete. It's about being the best you can be! It's about learning to run better and having fun. You don't have to be a great runner to begin. You may be surprised at how well you do.
This running program is unlike any other. There is NO COMPETITION. You will feel motivated and empowered!

Mom&Baby Program
This Program is a total health, wellness, and developmental course focused on you and your body through effective, personalized physical training, exercise classes, and musical guidance.
Mom&BabyFIT is the first portion of the class (30 minutes) designed to focus on cardio, strength training and abdominal work while your baby interacts in the fun. Focused on regaining core and pelvic stability as well as losing "baby weight," the classes include warm-ups, aerobic circuits, interactive floor work, and cool-down/stretches.
Mom&BabyMUSIC is the second portion (20 minutes) includes educational live music interactions designed to work on your baby's developmental goals and milestones while giving you an opportunity to further bond with your infant and expand your knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities.
This is a 6 week program for mothers and baby's during their 1st year of life.
