Welcome to the other side of fitness! DanceTrance (DT) is a dance fitness class that offers the excitement of moving with the rhythm and attaining total mind and body deliverance through dance! It incorporates funk, Latin, jazz, hip hop and other types of rhythm movement to the beat of music from all genre's. People of all ages are welcome to come and let loose to the music!

DanceTrance Teen Night - Every Sat. 8-11pm
If you are between the ages of 13-18 and looking for something fun and entertaining, Saturdays at GroupFit Studio for DT Teen Night is the place to be! Learn hot new dances of your favorite POP/Hip Hop songs. Practice and freestyle during the DJ mix. Held every Saturday from 8pm-11pm.
Hip Hop DanceTrance Kids
DanceTrance for kids ages 7-12. This program is held after school on Wednesdays 4:30-5:20pm and Saturdays 11:00 - 12:30. New sessions begin Sept. 1, 2010. Click here to register for DanceTrance Kids »
